Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our Products
We make traditional Kerala pickles in small batches. Because our products are handmade from natural ingredients, minor variation between batches is normal — in colour, oil separation, spice sediment and intensity of flavour. This is a characteristic of traditionally made pickle, not a defect.
Product photographs on this website are for illustration. The actual product may differ slightly in appearance.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including net weight, ingredients and shelf life. Please read the product page before ordering.
Food Safety, Allergens and Storage
Our products contain allergens, including sesame (gingelly oil) and may contain mustard and other allergens declared on each product page and label. Our non-vegetarian range contains fish or meat as stated.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please read the ingredient list on the product page and on the jar before consuming. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Our products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always used with a clean, dry spoon. Shelf life is stated on each product page and on the label. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
Nothing on this website is intended as medical or nutritional advice. Our products are food, and we make no claims about health benefits or the treatment of any condition.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received, or in the case of Cash on Delivery, once the order is accepted by us.
While we take care to list prices accurately, errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will inform you before doing so.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your location, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because our products are perishable food items, returns are not accepted for change of mind or for opened jars.
Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or any other content to this website or our social media channels, you confirm that it is your own and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the promotion of our products.
We may remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including our brand name, logo, product names, text, photographs, graphics and page design — is owned by Nadan Kothi or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
