Gooseberry (Amla) Pickle – 480g

Nellikka achar is the pickle Kerala reaches for when it wants sharpness. We make ours in Wayanad from first-quality gooseberries, cut and cured so the pieces stay firm, then blended with masala we grind ourselves and finished in premium gingelly oil. The amla holds its tartness while the spice settles around it — bracing, full-bodied, and unmistakably Kerala.

Every batch is capped at 50 kg so we can taste it and correct it before it ever reaches a jar.
