We ship Nadan Kothi pickles from Wayanad, Kerala to addresses across India. This page explains where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across India in partnership with India Post. Because India Post reaches virtually every pin code in the country — including villages and remote areas that private couriers do not service — we can send your order almost anywhere in India.
We chose India Post because it goes where other couriers don't. Whether you're in a city or a village, your order reaches you the same way — free.
We do not currently ship outside India. If you are ordering from abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we will try to help.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on all orders across India.
The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. No shipping charges are added at checkout, wherever in the country you are.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Because we make our pickles in small 50 kg batches, we always dispatch the freshest stock available at the time of packing.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery times through India Post vary by distance:
Kerala: 2–4 days
South India: 3–5 days
Rest of India: 5–8 days
North East, Jammu & Kashmir and remote areas: 7–12 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can extend during festival seasons, monsoon and public holidays. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the India Post consignment number by WhatsApp or E-mail. You can track your parcel at indiapost.gov.in using that number.
If you have not received a consignment number within 3 working days of placing your order, contact us with your order number and we will check for you.
How We Pack Your Order
Pickle in oil travels badly if it is packed badly. Every jar is sealed, wrapped and cushioned before it goes into an outer carton. Veg and non-veg products are packed separately.
If a jar still arrives damaged or leaking, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace or refund it in full. You will not be asked to return the product or pay any shipping. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Delivery Address
Please check your address, pin code and phone number carefully before placing an order. We dispatch to the address given at checkout and cannot change it once the parcel has left our unit.
If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, India Post will usually attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at the local post office. If the parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you — you can either have it resent or take a refund for the product value.
