Fish Pickle (Tuna) – 250g

Tuna makes the best fish pickle, and the reason is texture — the flesh holds its bite through the masala instead of falling apart. We make ours in Wayanad from fresh tuna only, never frozen, cut by hand into the portions that pickle well and cooked down slowly in our own masala and premium gingelly oil.

Every batch is capped at 50 kg so we can taste it and correct it before it ever reaches a jar.
